The Old Bakery - 11A

This centuries old property has been more recently known as a bakery and antique store, until being completely renovated in 2019/20. This self-contained cottage is set within the cobbled courtyard of The Manor House. The ground floor of the property is open-plan, fit with a cosy log burner, underfloor heating and bathroom with shower. The first floor is home to two bedrooms and bathroom, fit with gas heating. As well as the two bedrooms for four people, the property is equipped with two sofa beds, one in the living room and one in a bedroom, for an additional two guests.

The living room is fitted with a 55in smart TV, with all viewing channels available.  USB Plug Sockets are also fitted in each bedroom, as well as in the kitchen/living room.  The outside space is a small cobblestone courtyard. There are two sets of table and chairs, but please note that this is a shared space with the adjacent property.  The cottage is completely self contained, with the courtyard being access for 4 properties.  

I live in the Manor House in front of the property, so I am usually available if needed; I am always happy to help. I hope the property is equipped to your requirements, but if not just let me know.
