The property is part of a Manor house in the heart of the historic town. Berkeley Castle, Deer Park, Jenner Museum and Cattle Country are only minutes walk away. Market view is a self contained flat within a Manor House built around 1750. It has its own entrance from a cobbled court yard at the rear of the house. There are interconnecting doors to the house which are locked for your privacy. I would also mention that in addition to the bathroom on the second floor there is a small toilet on the first floor. The living room is fitted with a 55in smart TV, with all viewing channels available. I live in the other part of the house so will be here if you need anything, I am almost always available to help.
Please be aware that from the ground floor entrance there are stairs to the living room, kitchen, and double bedroom. The super king bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. For information on places to visit, parking information and our COVID-19 policy, please see our Guest Information pages.
For guests with small children, a travel cot is available although unfortunately I do not supply the bedding.
