Here at Market View Mews, we fully understand the severity of the Coronavirus pandemic and the risk it may pose to guests. Because of this, we are taking the following precautions to help guests feel more secure when visiting:

We offer a completely contactless check-in. Keys to the property are located in lock-boxes adjacent to the entrances, with the keys and box sanitised after each stay. Information including the box code, guidebook and house manual are all provided digitally via email after booking, with physical copies located inside the property but sanitised after use.

When you arrive you may notice that there is a reduced amount of soft furnishings in the property, we apologise for this but this is due to the rotation of fabrics and having to sanitise everything. Access to the property is via a courtyard which is shared by 4 properties and gated. You may choose to use hand sanitiser or wipes when using the shared gate. In addition to the cleaning between each stay, a 'zappitizer' is used to spray all surfaces of the building; this is a droplet spray that kills any bacteria to make your stay even more safe. If you have any questions on our cleaning practice or the products we use, feel free to ask. Each property is extensively cleaned before and after your visit, and is left for a minimum of three hours before your arrival, as per the government guidelines.
